 * Data Science & ML: Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Machine Learning sowie fundierte Programmierkenntnisse in Python und dem gängigen ML-Ökosystem (z. B. Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy).
 * Technologisches Fundament: Du bringst ein gutes theoretisches Verständnis für moderne Ansätze (z. B. Deep Learning, Frameworks wie PyTorch/TensorFlow oder grundlegendes LLM-Verständnis) mit und hast Lust, dich kontinuierlich in neue Tech-Trends einzuarbeiten.
 * Software Engineering & Cloud: Praktische Kenntnisse im modernen Softwarelebenszyklus (Git, CI/CD, Testing) und erste Berührungspunkte mit Cloud-Technologien (vorzugsweise STACKIT oder GCP).
 * MLOps & Agile Methoden: Idealerweise Erfahrung mit verteilten ML-Frameworks und Model-Lifecycle-Management (z. B. MLFlow) sowie agilen Methoden.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
