Do you have experience in Scalability?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 10+ years in healthcare with experience leading business transformation or technology-driven innovation

 * Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy, interoperability and payer-provider models
 * Proven experience advising senior executives on AI adoption and driving organizational change
 * Applied expertise with AI including large language models, multi-agent systems and RAG frameworks
 * Familiarity with leading AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft AI) and major hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
 * Ability to build business cases and originate AI-led transformation programs through presales activities
 * Track record of leading global cross-functional teams in complex, highly regulated environments
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
 * Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
 * Ability to travel as required

## Description

* Define and execute applied AI and agentic transformation strategies for healthcare clients
 * Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives on AI adoption and digital innovation
 * Lead presales activities including opportunity shaping and business case development
 * Facilitate workshops to translate healthcare challenges into actionable AI use cases
 * Drive enterprise AI adoption by identifying high-value opportunities and leading change management
 * Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy agentic and multi-agent solutions at scale
 * Maintain hands-on expertise in large language models, multi-agent orchestration and leading AI platforms
 * Ensure compliance, scalability and security for enterprise AI deployments in regulated healthcare environments
 * Mentor client and EPAM teams to build AI capabilities and workforce transformation skills
 * Monitor trends and evangelize best practices to position EPAM as a thought leader in applied AI for healthcare
