## About the Role

Do you have experience in Scalability?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 10+ years of experience in travel and hospitality with senior roles in transformation, product or technology innovation

 * Strong understanding of industry economics including guest experience, loyalty systems and distribution models
 * Proven experience advising senior executives on AI-driven innovation and organizational adoption
 * Hands-on applied AI expertise including large language models, multi-agent systems and RAG frameworks
 * Familiarity with leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft AI and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
 * Ability to originate and secure AI transformation programs through presales engagement and strategic planning
 * Proven track record in building and managing global, cross-functional teams in complex environments
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for executive-level engagement
 * Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business; MBA preferred
 * Ability to travel as required

## Description

* Define and execute applied AI and agentic transformation strategies for travel and hospitality clients
 * Provide strategic advisory to C-suite leaders on AI adoption, commercial impact and digital transformation
 * Lead presales efforts including opportunity shaping, value quantification and business case creation
 * Facilitate workshops to transform complex challenges into actionable AI use cases
 * Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and guide change management to maximize value delivery
 * Oversee cross-functional teams delivering AI and agent-driven solutions from concept to production
 * Maintain practical expertise in large language models, orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems
 * Ensure AI solutions comply with security, compliance and scalability requirements for global hospitality operations
 * Build and mentor EPAM and client teams to strengthen AI capabilities
 * Monitor innovative trends and promote EPAM's leadership in applied AI for travel and hospitality
