What are we asking? * Completed Master's degree (WO level or equivalent). * 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, implementation, and/or change projects. * Proven experience in analyzing and improving process governance and organizational design (e.g. governance structures, operating models, KPI frameworks, process optimization). * Strong ability to translate strategy into practical process design, governance, and decision-making. * Experience with topics such as strategy execution, cost reduction, performance improvement, operating models, and process thinking. * Structured, data-driven way of working with the ability to simplify complex organizations into clear governance and effective processes. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English. ## Description You ensure that change doesn't remain on paper but truly works within the organization.
