## Description

* Support the company with various systems and applications, ensuring flawless operations.
 * Take responsibility for the user transfer project between Microsoft 365 environments, including ensuring the accurate migration of all user data.
 * Manage and maintain Microsoft-based workstations, laptops, and servers.
 * Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to internal teams.
 * Implement and coordinate security measures to protect company data.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement IT projects.
 * Maintain and update IT documentation for systems and processes.
 * Monitor system performance and determine areas for improvement.
