Desirable / Advantageous Skills * Experience transforming legacy systems into modern, maintainable architectures * Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Syspro) within manufacturing or logistics environments * Experience designing data integrations and system interoperability * Understanding of operational systems such as barcode technologies and production workflows * Full clean driving licence Key Skills & Behaviours * Strong sense of ownership and accountability for technical outcomes * Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels * Confident communicator, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and prioritise effectively * Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, contributing to individual and team-based solutions * Ability to manage and prioritise workload across multiple projects ## Description We are seeking an experienced Developer to take ownership of the design, development, and evolution of business-critical systems across our internal systems from within our small IT team. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, requiring a proactive individual who can define architecture, drive modernisation, and influence how technology is used to support business growth.
