Knowledge: * Knowledge and experience in managing projects or programmes. * Understanding of supply chain contract obligations and requirements. Type of experience: * Experience of working in a matrix organizational environment with frequently changing priorities, requiring flexibility and a practical delivery focus. * Property or project management experience * Experience of managing, monitoring and driving performance improvements with the supply chain The post-holder is expected to behave at all times in a manner consistent with the HS2 values of Safety, Leadership, Integrity and Respect. ## Description As a Data and Reporting Manager you will be responsible for sourcing co-ordinating and presenting the key property performance management data to enable reporting to the DfT, stakeholder enquiries, reporting and reviewing of KPIs and SLAs., * Actively promote and embed Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work, and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI. * Ownership and management of the reporting programme, liaising with the property management team, Project Controls and the Supplier. * To identify and support implementation of process improvements and efficiencies for the HS2 managed portfolio to ensure operational objectives are supported to achieve best value for public money. * The successful planning and delivery of the reporting in conjunction with the supply chain focussing on key performance metrics on arrears, rent reviews, void / vacancies income growth, maintenance, repair and investment spend. * Working with the Property Management Team, due consideration to be given to the tenants set of circumstances and ensure that plans are sympathetic to any vulnerable requirements, whilst also driving the programme of delivery forward. * To produce the presentation of all property management artefacts required to deliver these accountabilities, including but not limited to: RACI, RAID Logs, Programme and Project plans and Communication and Stakeholder engagement plans. * To produce monthly reporting for Land and Property Programme Board, and DfT monthly and quarterly meetings * Set clear guidance and high standards for the supply chain and hold them to account on delivering data and property management. * Application of best practice project management tools and approaches, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and being addressed in the most appropriate way, a workable plan is created and being implemented on time, to quality and within agreed budget. * Supporting the implementation of the property disposal reporting. * Ensuring compliance with established Data and Information Management responsibilities (e.g. SharePoint folders etc.) * Report to the Delivery Manager - Property Management on progress, issues & risks and participate in programme review meetings using weekly and monthly reporting templates. * Drive the supply chain to deliver to time, cost and quality, whilst also ensuring they are adopting HS2 Values in their interactions with landowners., It is expected that you will actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI.
