## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tableau?, We are looking for a motivated Graduate Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to build a career in data, IT, digital operations, or analytics., * A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field

 * Strong attention to detail
 * Good organisation and communication skills
 * Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
 * Interest in data, IT, technology, or digital marketing
 * Willingness to learn new systems and processes
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Desirable (Not Essential)

 * Basic understanding of Excel formulas
 * Interest in databases, SQL, or reporting tools
 * Understanding of email marketing platforms
 * Curious about AI and it's impact on Data Analysis
 * Previous office or IT experience

## Description

You will support the Data and Digital Operations teams with a variety of day-to-day operational, technical, and administrative tasks. The role offers hands-on experience working with business data, campaign delivery, reporting, and digital systems., * Assisting with preparing and processing business data files

 * Running data counts and producing reports for internal teams and clients
 * Supporting data cleansing, formatting, and validation activities
 * Helping deliver data extracts and campaign files
 * Assisting with importing and exporting data between systems
 * Supporting the Head of Digital Operations with:
 * Email campaign scheduling
 * Email deliverability monitoring
 * Campaign setup and testing
 * Suppression and unsubscribe processing
 * Carrying out quality checks on data and campaign outputs
 * Updating spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
 * Helping investigate data issues and discrepancies
 * Providing general IT and operational support where required
