Skills & Competencies * Strong operational and customer-oriented mindset. * Deep understanding of branch banking servicing models and day-to-day operational dynamics. * Ability to understand branch operations, identify operational pain points and translate them into scalable servicing capabilities. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work autonomously in a complex and cross-functional environment. * Strong prioritization and roadmap management capabilities. * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and Global versus local demands. * Strong documentation and functional definition skills. * Ability to work in global and multi-country product organizations. * English Proficiency ## Description We are looking for a strategic and operationally driven Functional Product Owner to lead the Banking branches solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end servicing, operational, and customer interaction capabilities used across Bank Branches.
