## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical support?, We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible individual to join the Technical Support Team. Candidates must have proven technical support experience and have relevant experience in an IT support role or equivalent., You should have a solid knowledge of IT Applications such as Windows 11, Office 365, general desktop applications and operation. Thorough specialist working knowledge of IT hardware fault analysis, diagnostics and resolution including experience of supporting mobile devices.

You will be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, be able to solve problems and manage your own time well.

Candidates must have a strong customer focused approach, good communication and interpersonal skills as well as having experience of dealing with customers over the telephone or in person with an ability to work under pressure
