Desirable Requirements * Workday certification in HCM, Integrations, Reporting or Data Conversion. * PRINCE2, Agile, ISTQB or equivalent project/programme delivery qualifications. * Experience within healthcare, dental, wellbeing or multi-site organisations. * Experience working in a private equity-backed business. * Knowledge of payroll operations and workforce management processes. ## Description We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Data, Integration & Test Lead to take ownership of all data migration, systems integration and testing activities associated with our HRIS transformation. This is a high-profile leadership role that will ensure employee, organisational and payroll data is migrated accurately, integrations operate seamlessly across the technology landscape, and comprehensive testing provides confidence that the solution is ready for deployment. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Technology teams and external implementation partners, you will establish governance, delivery frameworks and quality standards that protect payroll continuity, minimise operational risk and support a successful transition to Workday. This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who combines strong programme leadership with deep technical expertise in data, integrations and enterprise systems transformation.
