* Proven experience leading large-scale system integration and transformation programmes
 * Strong background in enterprise architecture and complex application delivery environments
 * Experience within Financial Services or regulated environments
 * Demonstrated capability in technical governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership
 * Hands-on expertise in migration programmes (legacy to modern platforms)

Skills we'd like

 * Experience with Sapiens Consolidation Manager / Pensions Management Platforms
 * Knowledge of Pega platforms or similar CRM/workflow technologies

## Description

* Provide end-to-end technology leadership across the System Integration programme (Heritage & Portals)
 * Define and enforce architecture, engineering, and integration standards across delivery teams
 * Lead large-scale migration and transformation activities, including development, testing, and data migration
 * Establish and maintain governance frameworks for technical architecture and change management
 * Act as the senior technical representative in stakeholder forums, engaging with client leadership and partners
