The role holder will also input to, or provide service to, client projects - for example, building out IT networks. The role holder will provide expert advice, knowledge and actions as required to deliver solutions for the more challenging and complex client contexts, including major IT outages, Cyber-attacks, application or infrastructure failures, and disaster recovery cutovers and environment retrieval/ re-builds.
