Native-level French and fluent, confident English are both non-negotiable. The work splits roughly 50/50 across the two languages. You need both at a high bar, not one strong and one passable., * Native French mastery, written and spoken, plus fluent, confident English. Both are weighted equally and essential; the work splits roughly 50/50 across the two, and you run delivery and operate in the team in both. * Some experience coordinating or delivering projects with multiple moving parts and real deadlines: project coordination, digital production, account/project support, onboarding, or similar. We weight evidence of things shipped on time over years served. * A track record of finishing: a project, an onboarding, a launch you drove to completion, ideally with other people's work feeding into yours. * Comfort getting hands-on with software tools and learning a platform deeply. You do not need to have used Drimify; you need to be the kind of person who masters a new tool fast. * Strong organisation and attention to detail. Things do not fall through the cracks on your watch. * Customer-facing confidence: you can run a kickoff or a launch call and keep it on track, in both languages. * Comfort managing a workflow tool. Jira fluency preferred, equivalent tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, ClickUp) acceptable. * Genuine fluency with AI tools for getting work done. We will ask you what you use and how. * Right to work in the UK. This role is UK-only; we cannot sponsor visas or hire outside the UK. * UK-based and remote-ready: async-fluent, structured, self-driven. Preferred * SaaS, digital agency, or marketing-technology background. * Experience configuring or building in a no-code / SaaS platform (campaigns, websites, games, apps). * Exposure to creative or technical delivery (working with designers and developers). * Familiarity with gamification, interactive content, or digital marketing campaigns. * Experience in a high-volume delivery environment where many projects run in parallel., A three-stage process, focused and respectful of your time: * Behavioural intro call. A 30-minute conversation about fit, motivation, and how you work, in French and English. * Practical task. A short, role-specific exercise: walk us through a project you delivered, and build a delivery plan for a sample Drimify project. We want to see the builder and the coordinator in action. * Culture deep dive. A conversation with the founders and the team., * Project management: 1 year (required) * Technical project management: 1 year (preferred) ## Description We are hiring a Digital Project Manager to own the delivery of our customer projects end to end: from the moment a deal is signed to the moment the game goes live and performs. You build the projects in our platform, you coordinate the designers and developers who feed into them, and you keep every project moving so nothing stalls and nothing slips. Our customer projects run roughly half in French and half in English, so this role is bilingual by necessity, not preference: you need both languages, at a high bar, every day., If you get a genuine kick out of shipping things on time, if you would rather chase a blocker today than explain a delay tomorrow, and if you operate in French like it is your first language and in English with full confidence, keep reading. The Mission & Your Role You own customer project delivery: the build, the coordination, and the deadline. Two muscles in one seat. Build. You configure and assemble our customers' gamification projects inside the Drimify platform: the game setup, the creative and technical components, the QA before it goes live. You are hands-on and technical. You are the person who turns a signed brief into a working, polished, ready-to-launch experience, and you take pride in the detail. Coordinate. You are the spine that holds a project together. You sequence the work, you brief and chase the designers and developers whose assets you depend on, you keep Jira honest, and you run the customer-facing touchpoints that keep delivery on track: kickoff, asset gathering, launch, debrief, in French and English. When something is at risk, you see it first and you act, you do not wait for the deadline to tell you. You work alongside our Customer Success Manager, who owns the customer relationship, the renewal, and the year-round account; you own getting the work delivered. Clear line, no overlap. You will not sit waiting for perfect briefs or for someone to tell you what is next. You read the board, you prioritise the high-impact work over the easy work, and you drive every project to done. We give you structured onboarding on the Drimify platform and on our AI workflows, and we invest in your growth: this seat has real room to grow, toward bigger projects, more ownership, and senior and lead delivery scope as you build mastery. What You Will Do * Own delivery of customer projects end to end. From signed brief to live, performing game: setup, build, QA, launch. The project is yours until it is live and right. * Build in the platform. Configure and assemble gamification projects in Drimify: game mechanics, creative and technical components, end screens, integrations. Hands-on, detail-obsessed. * Coordinate the people you depend on. Brief and chase designers (creative assets) and developers (technical components), sequence their work into your timeline, and unblock them before they block you. * Run customer-facing delivery touchpoints. Kickoffs, asset-gathering calls, launch coordination, post-launch debriefs, in French and English. Prepared, never improvised. * Keep Jira as the single source of truth. Every project, every status, clear ownership, realistic dates. The board tells the truth and you keep it that way. * Protect the deadline. Anticipate risk early, flag it, and solve it. No surprise slippage. A project that is drifting is a problem to attack today, not a status to log. * Prioritise ruthlessly. When everything wants your attention, you do the high-impact work first and you finish it before you move on. You do not let the quick, easy, satisfying tasks crowd out the ones that matter. * Use AI in the loop. Setup, QA checklists, status updates, asset chasing: every workflow is a chance to ask "what gets me 80% of the way there faster?" * Cover live chat in structured daily sessions. Tier-1 questions are handled AI-first; you pick up the tier-2 escalations in short, scheduled sessions. This is not an always-on support desk: it is a deliberate way to stay close to what customers are actually asking, build deep product fluency, and catch friction early. Done well, it is one of the best feedback loops you have. * Feed delivery reality back to the team. What slows projects down, what customers struggle with at setup, where the platform could make delivery faster. You are close to the work; tell us what you see. Your Core DNA & Mindset The French Native, The Equal English Operator. French is your home: native, instinctive, the language half your projects run in. English is the other half, and you operate in it with full confidence, on calls, in briefs, and across the team and the brand. Neither is the side language. You move between the two all day without thinking. The Closer of Loops. You finish what you start. An open task is an itch. You are the person colleagues trust with the thing that absolutely cannot be dropped, because in your hands it never is. The Builder. You like making the thing, not just managing the making of it. Getting hands-on in the platform, sweating the detail, and shipping something polished is the part of the job you enjoy most. The Calm Coordinator. You hold several projects at once and drop none. You chase without nagging, you escalate without drama, and you keep everyone clear on who owes what by when. The Anticipator. You see the blocker three days out, not on the deadline. You would rather have an awkward conversation early than a missed launch late. The AI-Native Operator. You use AI every day to move faster without dropping quality, and you want the bar to keep rising. The Anti-Profile (Who should not apply) * The coordinator who will not build. This is a hands-on seat. You configure projects in the platform yourself. If "I manage, I don't make" is your line, this is not it. * The builder who hates coordination. Equally, if you want to sit heads-down and never chase a designer or run a customer call, look elsewhere. The seat is both. * The one who lets things drift. Our single biggest delivery risk is work that quietly stalls. If your projects tend to sit at 80% while you start new ones, this seat will expose it and you will not be happy. * The quick-win magpie. If you gravitate to the small, easy, satisfying tasks and let the big important ones slide, this is precisely the failure mode we are hiring against. * The order-taker. We need someone who reads the board, sets the priority, and drives. If you need to be told what is next every morning, this is not the seat., * A project you own, end to end. From signed brief to live game, the whole delivery is yours, not a sliver of it. * Build and coordinate. Hands-on craft plus the satisfaction of running the project. Variety is the role. * A real growth path. Real room to grow into senior and lead delivery scope, and the comp that comes with it, if performance and appetite line up. * AI tools, and time to learn them. Cutting-edge workflows, with a team that expects you to use them well. * A category-defining product. B2B gamification is a serious market and we are a serious player, with brands people recognise. * Fully remote. Async, output-led, trusted to run your week. * A real team. You work alongside the Customer Success Manager, the design team who feed your projects, the developers who build the technical pieces, and the marketing team, with direct exposure to the founders (CEO and CTO). * Direct feedback culture. Founders who care about craft and are not shy with feedback. You will get better here. ## Related Videos - [A Founder's Journey : From Startup Chaos to Purposeful Growth](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1926-a-founder-s-journey-from-startup-chaos-to-purposeful-growth) - [Recruitment Reinvented: Bold strategies and the $10K signing incentive](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1068-recruitment-reinvented-bold-strategies-and-the-10k-signing-incentive) - [Personal Branding for Top HR Professionals](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1471-personal-branding-for-top-hr-professionals) - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) - [Starting business without breaking the bank: Self hosted OSS productivity ecosystem](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1219-starting-business-without-breaking-the-bank-self-hosted-oss-productivity-ecosystem) - [Collaboration Quantified: Lessons from Open Source Developer Networks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1422-collaboration-quantified-lessons-from-open-source-developer-networks) ## Related Articles - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Find a Developer Job: 12 Best Job Sites For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/165-find-a-developer-job-12-best-job-sites-for-developers) - [The Biggest German Tech Companies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/424-the-biggest-german-tech-companies) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [UK Business Culture and Etiquette](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/326-uk-business-culture-and-etiquette) - [Mastering Remote Work: Tips for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/558-mastering-remote-work-tips-for-developers)
