AI-augmented ways of working * Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) to write, refactor, document, and debug code. * Able to evaluate AI-generated output critically - knowing when to trust it, when to verify it, and when to rewrite it. * Curiosity for prompt engineering and for integrating AI into everyday development tasks. Mindset * Willingness to learn and a strong sense of ownership. * Attention to detail, especially around brand consistency and user experience. * Clear communication in English (working language); other languages a plus. Nice to have * Experience with a CMS such as WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar. * Exposure to TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or component-driven design systems. * Familiarity with web analytics (GA4), tag management, or SEO tools. * Awareness of AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and how they can be embedded into web experiences. * A portfolio, GitHub profile, or personal projects demonstrating curiosity. You will work side-by-side with marketers, designers, and automation specialists to translate business needs into fast, accessible, and high-performing web experiences. You will work in a modern development environment where AI assistants (Claude, GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, and similar tools) are part of the daily workflow - not as a replacement for craft, but as an accelerator for code quality, debugging, learning, and creative problem-solving.
