They turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions - working across design, engineering, and data to build features our customers love. We're looking for a Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over their product roadmap, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you'll collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with senior management to be the go-to person for your product. What you'll be doing * Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Revolut's mission * Driving maximum impact for your product based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy * Completely owning your team's products and features, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance * Having technical discussions with engineers regarding approaches, requirements, etc. * Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams, * Krakow: PLN21,700 - PLN50,900 gross monthly* * Poland: PLN21,700 - PLN50,900 gross monthly* * Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process * Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
