Forte culture gouvernance, leadership et coordination d?intégrateurs.
Maîtrise des enjeux Master Data Management (Informatica MDM idéalement).
Anglais courant, capacité à embarquer des parties prenantes internationales.

## Description

Piloter un portefeuille de projets de migration MDM

Coordination de plusieurs lots en parallèle

Suivi de l?avancement des intégrateurs

Assurer la gouvernance du programme

Mise en place et animation des instances (steerco, comités projet?)

Reporting régulier auprès du management

Assurer une communication fluide avec toutes les parties prenantes.

Sécuriser les engagements projet

Respect des délais (contraints par fin de contrats EBX / MDG)

Maîtrise des budgets

Suivi des risques et plans de mitigation

Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle et technique

Alignement avec l?architecture cible MDM

Coordination avec les autres programmes (S/4, CRM?)

Proposer des solutions innovantes pour surmonter les défis potentiels.

Superviser les intégrateurs

Pilotage contractuel et opérationnel

Challenge des solutions proposées

S'assurer de la validation des livrables
