As IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties: * Provide daily IT support to colleagues and deliver second-line assistance to guests, including weekend coverage when required. * Manage IT support operations by overseeing daily service delivery and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. * Assist with routine IT tasks by completing and monitoring the full IT Routine Task List and performing troubleshooting across systems and devices. * Deliver audio-visual support by providing dedicated AV services, coordinating preventive maintenance, and supporting Meetings & Events. * Follow up on project tasks by coordinating progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting implementation across IT initiatives. * Support cybersecurity and compliance by following up on assigned tasks and ensuring adherence to corporate security standards., * Learning & Development.
