You don't brief out, you build out. * Can ship landing pages without engineering help (mostly Webflow). * Comfortable wiring up tracking end-to-end: GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, GTM, server-side tags, UTMs. * Deep understanding of paid mechanics: bidding, learning phase, creative testing, audiences, attribution. ## Description As our Full-Stack Performance Marketer, you'll take full ownership of paid acquisition at Vitals across every channel that earns its budget: Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, and whatever comes next. You won't be waiting on a designer, a copywriter, a developer, or an analyst. You'll spin up the ad, build the creative, write the copy, ship the landing page, wire the tracking, read the numbers, and do it all again, faster, the next day., You'll work closely with product and leadership to align paid acquisition with business goals., * Own and scale all paid channels: Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, and any other channel that earns its budget. * Build and ship creatives at high volume: static, motion, UGC-style, founder-led, talking head. Hundreds of variations per quarter. * Design and ship landing pages with different hooks, angles, audiences, and offers.
