## About the Role

Expérience réussie sur un poste similaire (réseaux d'assainissement).

Solides connaissances en assainissement, notions en hydraulique/pompage, maîtrise du SIG (Visitanywhere) et des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Management de proximité (technique, hiérarchique et humain), excellent relationnel (usagers), autonomie, rigueur et discrétion.

Habilitations & Permis : Permis B obligatoire (astreintes). Idéalement : CATEC (Surveillant/Intervenant), AIPR (Concepteur) et Permis CE (formations possibles en interne).

## Description

Rattaché au Responsable du pôle exploitation (Service Eau et Assainissement), vous managez en régie une équipe de 6 agents techniques et veillez au bon fonctionnement de 540 km de réseaux (eaux usées et unitaire).

Pilotage de l'activité (540 km de réseau) : Planifier les programmes annuels (curage préventif, dératisation), gérer les interventions d'urgence (usagers/communes), diagnostiquer l'état des réseaux (caméra) et proposer des améliorations.

Management & Sécurité : Encadrer l'équipe au quotidien (plannings, animation, entretiens annuels, cohésion), être garant du respect des règles de sécurité (EPI) et du suivi des formations.

Gestion technique & administrative : Assurer les réponses aux DICT, effectuer le reporting à la hiérarchie et gérer le parc automobile du service (28 véhicules : entretien, CT).

Transversalité : Assurer la continuité du service en remplaçant ponctuellement un autre agent de maîtrise.
