How you approach your work * Strong ownership and accountability for the work you take on, with a problem-solving, results-driven mindset * Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners (product, design, business) to deliver outcomes and not just code * Able to communicate clearly, explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ## Description The team is heavily frontend focused and driven by experimentation. You'd work within a shared design system, run A/B tests, and use analytics to understand how users move through the funnel. That includes conversion tracking, form-step instrumentation, session insights, and frontend error monitoring. Performance and stability matter because this is the front door to the business, and any friction in the funnel has a measurable impact. You'll be a good fit if you think about product and engineering together, care about outcomes instead of just shipping features, and enjoy moving quickly, testing ideas, and learning from real user behavior in short feedback cycles. As a Software Engineer II, you will be working on an innovative platform that originates personal loans. You will use your experience in software development to write clean, tested, and well-documented code, as well as provide peer code review and mentor other engineers on the team. You will be part of a team that is empowered to take decisions that have direct impact on our success. On-Call Expectations This role may include participation in an on-call rotation to support production systems and ensure service reliability. On-call responsibilities may include coverage during nights and weekends.
