Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, This role works closely the CEO to identify opportunities for operational improvement, prioritize initiatives, develop effective implementation strategies, and drive projects through to successful completion. Strong communication skills, project management experience, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential., · A positive and self-motivated team member with good communication skills who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively with others.

What experiences and skills would make you the ideal candidate:

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

· 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an IT or technology-focused role.

· Strong proficiency with Windows-based software and hardware systems.

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration. Software development or advanced coding experience is not required; however, a solid understanding of Salesforce functionality is essential. Preferred experience includes building and maintaining Flows, creating complex reports and dashboards, designing custom objects, and developing Visualforce pages.

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while handling multiple simultaneous requests.

· Proven experience planning, managing, and successfully executing projects.
