## Description

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the redesign and optimization of the Okta End-User Dashboard for a large enterprise environment. This high-visibility role will focus on improving application discoverability, self-service adoption, and overall user experience for employees and contractors., * Assess and redesign the Okta End-User Dashboard experience

 * Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability assessments
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, and future-state dashboard designs
 * Define dashboard structure, navigation, and design standards
 * Collaborate with IAM teams, Okta administrators, and business stakeholders
 * Drive adoption of modern UX principles across enterprise identity platforms
