Do you have experience in Dependability?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

 * 2+ years' experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
 * A+, MCP or Cisco Certified Entry Networking certification would be a plus.
 * Be punctual and consistent with the beginning and ending work hours.
 * Comply with work instructions and prioritize; take due dates of each assigned task seriously.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Good interpersonal skills.
 * Attention to detail.
 * Good problem-solving skills.
 * Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

## Description

We are looking for a dependable, technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability, determined to grow with the company for at least the next three years. The duties of an IT Specialist include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.

An IT Specialist is expected to display good interpersonal skills as he/she will interact with colleagues from various departments and executive levels. He/she is required to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them., * Conducting and monitoring daily helpdesk operations.

 * Providing support to users and being the primary point of contact for error reporting.
 * Managing technical documentation.
 * Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
 * Monitoring and tracking all IT related inventories and data including client and infrastructure information.
 * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
 * Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
 * Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
 * Keeping up to date on the latest developments and trends in the industry.
 * Getting quotes for various hardware purchasing and entering them to the internal ERP system.
