## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Sales ability and strong people skills, with comfort in retail-level service

 * Proven experience repairing and maintaining equipment
 * Solid software troubleshooting knowledge across multiple operating systems
 * Sharp analytical skills and the ability to work independently and prioritize

Nice to have

 * Field service experience
 * Android and iOS device support
 * Hardware repair familiarity, * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

 * Computer Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * Driver's License (Required)

## Description

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of computer systems and equipment while supporting our clients and keeping operations running smoothly.

What you will do

 * Repair computer and mobile hardware using hand tools and soldering equipment
 * Support end users on Windows, Unix, and Linux
 * Work through software problems to diagnose and resolve
 * Read schematics to diagnose and repair equipment
