This person will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, account access, and workstation issues while helping employees stay productive. What You'll Be Doing As a Desktop Support Technician, you will serve as a frontline technical resource for employees, assisting with day-to-day IT issues, equipment setup, system imaging, user support, and escalation of more complex problems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with users, and supporting a fast-paced business environment.
