## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * Active Epic Certification in at least one Epic application.

 * 3+ years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
 * Experience with Epic application configuration, implementation, optimization, testing, upgrades, and production support.
 * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic application lifecycle management.
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Experience working directly with business users, operational leaders, and technical teams.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred QualificationsEpic Tapestry Certification (Highly Preferred), * Experience leading or supporting Epic implementations and optimization projects.

 * Experience with production support, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
 * Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading small project teams., * Do you currently hold an active Epic Certification?
 * Which Epic module(s) are you currently certified in?
 * How many years of experience do you have supporting Epic applications (configuration, implementation, optimization, upgrades, testing, or production support)?

## Description

We are seeking Intermediate, Senior, and Expert Epic Certified Application Analysts to join our growing healthcare IT team. This is a 100% remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere within the United States., * Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications to support business and operational needs.

 * Analyze existing workflows and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions.
 * Design, configure, test, and implement application enhancements.
 * Support Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and ongoing maintenance.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while providing ongoing application support.
 * Perform system validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
 * Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
 * Participate in project planning, system upgrades, and workflow optimization initiatives.
 * Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance when appropriate.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Epic solutions.
 * Ensure compliance with Epic standards, organizational policies, and healthcare industry best practices., * Claims Administration
