Preferred Qualifications * CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or actively pursuing). * Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification. * Exposure to help desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, etc.). * Basic familiarity with PowerShell or scripting concepts. ## Description The Junior IT Analyst provides hands-on technical support and assistance across the organization's infrastructure environment. Working under the direction of the IT Infrastructure Manager and with close mentorship from the Senior IT Analyst, this role performs a broad range of tasks spanning systems administration, network support, Microsoft 365 user administration, telephony, and cybersecurity monitoring. This position is designed for a motivated early-career professional eager to grow technical skills across all infrastructure disciplines.
