## Description

* Implement strategies for collaboration
 * Implement strategies for development
 * Implement strategies for infrastructure
 * Implement strategies for deployment
 * Implement strategies for testing
 * Assist Agile development teams using either SCRUM or Kanban methodologies
 * Respond to and resolve critical issues
 * Assist as mentor for less experienced staff members
 * Work on special projects, as assigned by the director
 * Lead a project or direct the work of members of a team
 * May be called upon to design or architect a new application
 * Perform Business Analysis on projects to help maintain project efficiency
 * Develop and maintain SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) document, + Incentives for maintaining an active lifestyle.
