 + SQL/MX and SQL/MX Database Manager
 + TAL (Transaction Application Language)
 * Proven experience migrating or modernizing legacy systemsSolid understanding of enterprise application architecture and database-driven solutions

 * Python scripting

## Description

This role focuses on modernizing legacy applications by refactoring existing COBOL-based business logic into SQL/MX within the HPE NonStop environment. The work supports the AIRES application operating within the client's network. The engineer will analyze, redesign, and convert legacy code while ensuring system performance, stability, and data integrity across mission-critical systems., * Refactor and migrate legacy COBOL code into SQL/MX-based implementations

 * Work within the HPE NonStop platform, supporting the AIRES application
 * Analyze existing business logic and redesign it for modern database-driven architecture
 * Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliabilityCollaborate within secure enterprise environments, adhering to network standards
