Nice to Have * Contributions to open-source projects. * Active participation in technical communities, meetups, or industry events. * Experience establishing quality metrics and engineering standards across multiple teams or products. * Previous experience mentoring QA engineers and promoting quality engineering practices. ## Description We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through a combination of test strategy, automation, and quality engineering best practices. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions while fostering a culture of quality across the organization., Product Quality & Testing * Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to understand requirements and ensure testability. * Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test strategies. * Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases. * Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using established tools and processes. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. * Perform holistic testing across web applications, APIs, and databases to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. * Proactively identify quality risks associated with new releases and product changes.
