The SUTS position is a pivotal position within the Water Services Department, serving as a subject matter expert to peers. SUTS act as an escalation point to assist colleagues in resolving more complex technical issues. This hands-on role requires the SUTS to provide support both onsite and remotely, ensuring the efficient functioning of the department's technical infrastructure.
