## About the Role

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, * 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.

 * Proven success managing e-commerce advertising campaigns.
 * Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, tracking, attribution, creative testing, and campaign scaling.
 * Someone who is proactive, transparent, data-driven, and enjoys long-term partnerships.

## Description

This is a Meta-only role. We're not looking for a general digital marketer or a full-service agency. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes Meta Ads and has a proven track record of growing profitable e-commerce brands.

What You'll Do

 * Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.
 * Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies.
 * Identify opportunities to lower customer acquisition costs while increasing profitable sales.
 * Analyze performance data and make recommendations based on results-not guesswork.
 * Collaborate on ad creative strategy and growth opportunities.
 * Meet regularly to review performance and discuss next steps., * Examples of e-commerce brands you've managed.
 * Your typical monthly ad spend under management.
 * A short (1-3 minute) Loom video introducing yourself and explaining how you approach scaling profitable Meta campaigns.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
