We are committed to helping our employees and their families while providing our customers with high quality solutions which nobody else can. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Technical Support Lead to provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and leadership for commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems. This role serves as a key resource for field technicians, customers, and internal teams, ensuring world-class service, rapid cost-effective problem resolution, and continuous improvement across all operations. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled HVAC professional with extensive experience in system diagnostics, controls, refrigeration, commissioning, and customer support.
