 * Experience leading meetings, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus among diverse teams.
 * Ability to analyze business processes, system functionality, data requirements, and technical issues.
 * Experience developing and executing testing strategies, test scripts, and UAT activities.
 * Strong documentation and reporting skills.
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 * Willingness and ability to travel between project sites as required.
 * Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

## Description

* Conduct discovery sessions, facility walkthroughs, and business process assessments.
 * Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
 * Gather and document business and technical requirements.
 * Design and optimize future-state workflows, configurations, and data mappings.
 * Coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, vendors, and project teams.
 * Develop test plans, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and document results.
 * Create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
 * Support go-live activities, issue resolution, adoption monitoring, and post-implementation reviews.
 * Prepare project documentation, status reports, risk assessments, and final project deliverables.
