 * Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz

## Description

Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration, technischen Betreuung und Optimierung von Salesforce-Lösungen?, * Technische Verantwortung für die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Salesforce-Plattform

 * Analyse und Design von maßgeschneiderten Salesforce-Lösungen
 * Durchführung von Salesforce-Integrationen mit anderen Systemen (z. B. ERP, CRM, Drittsysteme) unter Verwendung von APIs und Middleware
 * Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Anwendungen und Automatisierungen (z. B. Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)
 * Technische Dokumentation der Entwicklungen und Prozesse
 * Unterstützung bei der Optimierung bestehender Salesforce-Lösungen, inkl. Performance-Tuning und Troubleshooting
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen für die Anforderungsanalyse und Umsetzung
 * Betreuung und Schulung von Key-Usern und Stakeholdern hinsichtlich Salesforce-Anwendungen und Best Practices
 * Beratung in Bezug auf Salesforce-Architektur, Security-Modelle und technische Roadmaps
