 * Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Client- und Server-Betriebssystemen im Windows Umfeld
 * Erfahrung in der Installation und Migration von Windows 7 auf Windows 10
 * Kenntnisse in der Wartung und Reparatur mobiler Endgeräte
 * Grundlegende Netzwerkkenntnisse
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse
 * Führerschein (Klasse B)

## Description

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in der Kunden IT
 * Installation von PCs, Laptops, Druckern und sonstigen Peripheriegeräten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd Level IT Support bei der Lösung komplexerer technischer Probleme
 * Technischer Support während der Inbetriebnahme - hauptsächlich via remote
 * Bearbeitung von Tickets im Ticketsystem, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
 * Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
