## About the Role

* A degree in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist, or comparable knowledge from practical experience
 * At least 3 to 5 years experience in backend and web development
 * Experience with RESTful APIs
 * Good knowledge of Java, Hibernate, Spring (Boot) and SQL
 * Knowledge of when and what to test (Unit Tests, E2E Tests)
 * A passion to learn and experiment with new technologies
 * A "you build it, you run it" mentality
 * The ability to work autonomously and result oriented
 * Strong written and spoken English

Bonus points if you:

 * Have experience in database design
 * Worked with AWS
 * Have infrastructure-as-code experience
 * Like to automate routine processes

## Description

* Focus mainly on the design and development of our RESTful backend services
 * Support the quality management of our codebase and introduce new features and technologies
 * Help innovate a SaaS application and own the entire process chain: from software design to deployment in the cloud
 * Collaborate closely with other departments, forming cross-functional teams to shape new features in their early stage
