* Eigenverantwortlicher First- und Second-Level-Support sowie kompetente technische Beratung unserer Kunden vom Standort Kusterdingen aus (vor allem via Telefon und Fernwartung)
 * Unterstützung der Anwendungsberater und Begleitung unserer Kunden bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration ihrer Systeme
 * Mitgestaltung und Pflege praxisnaher Anwenderdokumentationen
 * Mitwirkung in der kontinuierlichen Produktentwicklung durch den heißen Draht zu unserer Softwareentwicklung
