## About the Role

 * Erfolgsentscheidend sind eine strukturierte Fehleranalyse, hohe Serviceorientierung, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsfähigkeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Produktion und Technik sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Einsätzen außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit (Wochenendarbeit falls gemäß Risikomanagement erforderlich)

## Description

* Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der IT- und OT-Systeme in der Produktion
 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit produktionsnaher IT-Systeme, Maschinenanbindungen und digitaler Produktionslösungen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an IT-/OT-Komponenten im Produktionsumfeld
 * Unterstützung der Produktion und Produktionstechnik bei technischen Problemen an Maschinen, Anlagen und Schnittstellen
 * Umsetzung und Begleitung von Digitalisierungsprojekten in der Produktion
 * Betreuung von Produktionssystemen wie Maschinen-PCs/Workstations, Terminals, Scanner, Drucker, Netzwerktechnik, Visualisierungssysteme und produktionsnahe Software
 * Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Produktionstechnik und Instandhaltung zur Verbesserung von Prozessen, Systemstabilität und Datenqualität
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Schnittstellen, Änderungen und Störungen im Produktionsumfeld
 * Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Absicherung von IT-/OT-Systemen gemäß internen IT-Vorgaben
 * Koordination externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten bei Wartung, Fehleranalyse und Systemerweiterungen
