 * Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren
 * Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Leitung und Steuerung von IT Projekten unter Anwendung agiler Methoden wie Scrum oder SDLC
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen unter Verwendung von Microsoft Project sowie TFS, Visio und SharePoint
 * Koordination der Projektteams, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Meilensteinen und Terminen
 * Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Identifikation und Management von Risiken und Problemen
 * Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern auf allen Ebenen, inklusive regelmäßiger Berichterstattung über den Projektstatus
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Rahmen der Projektarbeit
 * Anwendung von SQL zur Datenanalyse und Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards durch konsequentes Monitoring im Rahmen des Software Development Life Cycle
 * Dokumentation aller Projektphasen in Microsoft Word sowie in SharePoint
