## About the Role

* Du hast ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in einem vorzugsweise technisch orientierten Studiengang (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Physik, Mathematik, BWL mit IT-Bezug o.ä.)
 * Du kannst bis zu 5 Jahre relevanter Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, Softwareentwicklung, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), PMO oder in der Beratung - sowie erste Erfahrung im Budget- oder Projektcontrolling nachweisen
 * Du überzeugst durch Grundkenntnisse im Requirements Engineering oder in der Business-Analyse und dem sicheren Umgang mit gängigen PM-Methoden
 * Du bringst praktische KI-Erfahrung aus eigenen Projekten oder Studieninitiativen mit, gehst sicher mit modernen KI-Tools um und kannst realistisch einschätzen, wo KI im Arbeitsalltag echten Mehrwert schafft
 * Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen strukturiert aufzubereiten und verständlich zu kommunizieren
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab

Die Erarbeitung von kreativen und pragmatischen Lösungen entlang der kompletten IT-Wertschöpfungskette ist Deine Leidenschaft? Dann bist Du in unserem Team genau richtig!, * Analysiere Problemstellungen und Prozesse, strukturiere komplexe Inhalte und entwickle daraus klare, umsetzbare Lösungswege

 * Erarbeite Anforderungen verständlich und nachvollziehbar und wirke an der Ausarbeitung von Konzepten - bis hin zu User Storys oder Fachkonzepten - mit
 * Koordiniere Abstimmungen zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Stakeholdern und lerne schrittweise Verantwortung in Workstreams zu übernehmen
 * Unterstütze erfahrene Kolleg:innen in IT-Transformationsprojekten und übernimm PMO- und Projektmanagement-Aufgaben
 * Strukturiere Informationen, bereite Meetings und Entscheidungsunterlagen vor und bringe Ordnung in komplexe Themen
