 * Solides Wissen rund um den Server-Betrieb mit Microsoft Windows & Linux, d.h. Hardening, Patching, Logging, Backup & Restore usw.
 * Ausgeprägtes Interesse an DevOps, Automation, Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) und Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) sowie Config-as-Code (CaC) mittels HashiCorp Terraform bzw. OpenTofu, Terragrunt, Git, GitLab, cloud-init, Renovate usw.
 * Know-how im Bereich Shell-Scripting bzw. Coding mit Bash & PowerShell, idealerweise auch Golang (Go)
 * Gutes Verständnis für Compliance und Security sowie hohes Bewusstsein für Zuverlässigkeit, Verfügbarkeit und Wartbarkeit
