## About the Role

Do you have experience in System administration?, This is an excellent opportunity for someone with CAFM, helpdesk or facilities administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational and communication skills., * Previous experience using CAFM or Facilities Management software.

 * Experience working within a facilities management helpdesk or contract support environment.
 * Strong administration and organisational skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
 * A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail., If you have experience in CAFM administration, facilities helpdesk support or contract administration and are available to start in July, we'd like to hear from you

## Description

* Take ownership of the CAFM Helpdesk and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) systems.
 * Manage and monitor all helpdesk calls and reactive maintenance requests.
 * Track outstanding works, overdue PPMs and open service tickets.
 * Produce daily and weekly reports detailing completed and outstanding works.
 * Liaise with site users to resolve issues and provide updates on service requests.
 * Coordinate with subcontractors regarding purchase orders, attendance and estimated completion times.
 * Raise and accurately manage work orders within the CAFM system.
 * Ensure all completed works are closed correctly and fully documented.
 * Monitor chargeable works, misuse tasks and labour hours.
 * Allocate and close weekly PPM schedules.
 * Support reporting, audits, timesheets and general contract administration.
 * Provide administrative support to the Contract Support team and maintain excellent client communication.
