 * Experience within depositary, fund administration, asset management, or investment operations environments (Desirable)

## Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Depositary Administrator will support the delivery of depositary services across a portfolio of fund structures, ensuring compliance with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) through cash monitoring, asset verification, and operational oversight activities.

 * Review and assess governing documentation for client entities
 * Perform daily cash monitoring and reconciliation activities across client bank accounts
 * Verify and maintain records of financial and non-financial assets throughout their lifecycle
 * Conduct oversight reviews of fund operations, procedures, controls, and reporting processes
 * Review subscription agreements, capital call notices, and distributions to ensure compliance with fund documentation
 * Monitor fund activities to ensure adherence to investment guidelines and regulatory requirements
 * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and key stakeholders
 * Produce quarterly and annual compliance and oversight reports for clients
 * Escalate potential risks, issues, or breaches to senior management where appropriate
 * Maintain accurate records and update internal systems in line with company procedures
 * Support ongoing process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance service delivery
 * Assist with ad hoc projects and additional duties as required
