Person Specification · Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills, with a practical and methodical approach. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users at all levels of the business. · Well organised, self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively while travelling between sites. · Reliable, professional and committed to delivering a high standard of customer service. · Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, technologies and changing business priorities. · Physically capable of carrying out hands-on installation work and equipment handling. · Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away overnight when required. Full UK driving licence, subject to approval for company insurance purposes. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment would be advantageous. ## Description We are looking for a proactive and user-focused IT Field Engineer to join our growing Garden Centre group. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys a varied role across support, installations, upgrades and project delivery. Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will support and maintain existing infrastructure, assist with new store acquisitions and deliver technology improvements across multiple locations throughout the UK.
