This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital design, enjoys solving creative challenges, and wants to play a key role in shaping the visual experiences we deliver for our clients., * Commercial experience in a graphic, web or digital design role * Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and attention to detail * Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern digital design workflows * Experience creating responsive website designs and user interfaces * Understanding of UX principles, user journeys and accessibility best practices * Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, colour and branding * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to manage workload effectively and work across multiple projects * Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas Desirable Skills * Experience working within a digital agency environment * Ecommerce design experience * Experience building and maintaining design systems * Animation or motion graphics skills * Video editing and content creation experience * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign * Understanding of website performance and conversion-focused design principles, * Minimum 1 year of commercial design experience * Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design/Communications or a related field preferred Interested? We're a Figma-first agency, and you'll be responsible for producing high-quality design work using modern collaborative workflows, design systems and interactive prototypes. You'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, influence creative direction, and help evolve our design processes. This role is focused on design and creative thinking-you won't be expected to write code or undertake development work. What You'll Be Doing * Designing bespoke website layouts and user interfaces in Figma.
