This role combines people leadership with hands-on delivery, managing a team of BI Developers while actively contributing to client-facing engagements. The Team Lead will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights for our law firm clients. This individual will ensure strong alignment between client needs, internal standards, and technical best practices, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Harbor's team of business and technology experts provides professional services firms with strategic consulting, software expertise, and data-driven solutions to enhance performance. We enable our clients to leverage their systems and data more effectively, helping them operate efficiently, strengthen client relationships, and improve profitability. This is a full-time, fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States, United Kingdom or Canada. The Team Lead - Business Intelligence is responsible for leading a team of four BI Developers, balancing approximately 20% leadership responsibilities with 80% hands-on delivery and client utilization. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in law firm financial systems, reporting frameworks, and BI tools, along with proven leadership experience. This role requires a strong combination of technical capability, client engagement skills, and team management.
