The role defines, manages, and prioritises requirements, user stories, product backlogs, and the overall transformation vision to deliver high-quality, business-aligned technology solutions. Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, operations, architecture, and technology delivery teams, the role ensures that underwriting, claims, policy, and regulatory requirements are effectively translated into actionable epics, user stories, and deliverable outcomes.
