There will also be an occasional need to travel domestically and internationally. ## Description * Delivering effective first- and second-line support for bespoke IT systems, ensuring technical issues are resolved swiftly and professionally * Proactive monitoring of multiple operational sites, identifying potential risks or disruptions and taking early action to maintain system stability and performance * Interact with customers directly, and via in-house call management software, providing clear, confident and customer-focused communication at all times * Experience in diagnosing and remediating live technical issues, demonstrating a methodical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to work under pressure * Support and contribute to system enhancements and optimisations, ensuring continuous improvement, Your secure feeling is of great importance to us.
